Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream (no churn)

-14 ounces sweetened condensed milk

-2 teaspoons vanilla

-1/4 teaspoon salt

-2 cups heavy cream


Whisk the heavy cream until stiff peaks form and you have whipped cream.


In a separate bowl combine the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, and salt.


Then fold in the whipped cream until combined.


Pour into a bread pan, cover, and place in freezer for 6 hours.


If you want in inclusions in your ice cream take the pan out of the freezer after 2 hours, mix in your inclusions, and place back into the freezer for 4 more hours.
